I’m considering taking a small speaking gig for a company in my industry. 15 minutes, for a room of about 30-40 people. I’m good with the speaking part, and the general content. What I’m not sure about is building the talk to flow properly and time it correctly.

Does anyone have tips/resources/tools for building a talk that they would like to share?
